Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about Driver Fleet: business dispatch subscriptions, 0% driver commissions, live GPS map tracking, and privacy standards.

1. General & Platform Overview

Is Driver Fleet a passenger taxi app?
No. Driver Fleet is exclusively for commercial businesses, retail deliveries, and transport logistics. There are no passenger bookings or consumer ride-hailing services.
What vehicle categories are supported on Driver Fleet?
Driver Fleet supports 2-wheelers (motorcycles, scooters for rapid parcel/food runs), 3-wheelers (auto loaders), commercial tempos (Tata Ace, Bolero Maxi, Piaggio Ape), and medium to heavy container trucks for freight movement.
How is Driver Fleet different from traditional taxi aggregator apps?
Traditional aggregator apps charge 20% to 35% commission on every order from drivers and businesses. Driver Fleet charges 0% platform commission to drivers and provides a flat monthly software subscription for businesses with unlimited daily dispatches and live map tracking.

2. For Businesses & Job Posters

How do businesses pay for using the platform?
Businesses pay a simple, flat monthly software subscription (₹/month) that covers unlimited dispatch postings, live tracking, and driver management. New business accounts receive an unrestricted free trial.
Can I manage my own private company drivers on Driver Fleet?
Yes. You can onboard your internal company drivers into a private fleet team. You can dispatch trips specifically to your private drivers or broadcast to verified nearby drivers when your team is at capacity.
What happens if a driver cannot accept a trip?
If a driver is busy or does not accept within the timer, the request immediately forwards to the next nearest available driver without delay.

3. For Commercial Drivers

Do drivers have to pay any registration or monthly fee?
No. Driver Fleet is 100% free for drivers to register and use on Android. Drivers keep all their earnings without platform commission cuts.
Do freelance drivers pay commission on agency jobs?
Driver Fleet charges 0% platform commission to drivers. However, when an independent or freelance driver accepts a trip dispatched by another agency or business poster, the driver pays the agreed trip commission directly to the job poster according to the terms shown before accepting the run.
Can I choose my own working hours?
Yes, 100%. You can turn the app Online or Offline whenever you choose. There are no mandatory hours or penalties for logging off.

4. Privacy & Location Tracking

When is a driver’s location tracked?
A driver's location is only shared when they turn their status to "Online" or are actively performing an accepted delivery. When the driver switches to "Offline", location sharing stops completely.
How do I delete my Driver Fleet account and data?
You can delete your account by navigating to Settings > Delete Account in the mobile app, or by emailing our support team at driverfleetinfo@gmail.com.
